3. Cao Lau

3.1 Marinated pork procedure: 

Prepare 500 grams of pork in one pack of five flavors,  4 tablespoons soy sauce, 1.5 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon cashew oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon seasoning seeds, 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Mix and marinate for a minimum of 2-3 hours. It’s better if you put it in the fridge overnight.

3.2  Sauteed Pork

Fry 2 sides of the pork with oil, then add some garlic, and onion, the marinated sauce, and stir-fry for about 15 minutes. After pouring bone broth into the stir-fried pork, simmer for about 40 minutes until the meat is soaked in seasoning into a glue sauce, then turn off the fire. Be careful not to put on strong heat and do not let the sauce dry or condense, if the meat becomes brown is successful.

Put Cao Lau into the water in 1 minute to make it softer. If it is dry Cao Lau can soak in 1-2 hours in advance to be softer and then boiling water to soften and drain.
